Bio & Experience:
I have 26 Years of experience teaching English in middle and high school and I have 15 years of experience helping students craft their college admissions essays and college applications. I have designed Senior Writing Seminar curriculum and two prep schools, a course which focuses on college readiness and the admissions essay. I have served as Writing Across the Curriculum Coordinator, Writing Center Director, and English Chair at Vermont Academy and as Curriculum Coordinator and Dean of Academics at Putnam Science Academy. Through need and interest, my specialty over the past few years has been coaching athletes to write. My children attended Smith ‘2016 and Bennington ‘2023.
